Subscription Terms
Once a subscription is activated and payment is received, clients will begin receiving the advisory services as requested. If a client is dissatisfied for any reason, they are welcome to contact our support team for assistance and direction regarding future recommendations. While we are committed to client satisfaction and will make every effort to improve the experience, requests for refunds or cancellations will not be entertained once the service has commenced.
Exceptions
In rare cases, if a paid service cannot be initiated due to unforeseen technical issues on our end, or if we decide not to proceed with service activation for a particular client, a full refund will be issued promptly.

The client is unable to receive SMS alerts due to issues with their phone, network, or service status.
Our SMS service provider confirms delivery of messages to the number provided by the client.
In such instances, we will consider the service as successfully delivered from our side.
