To help you make an informed decision, we offer a 3-day free trial. This trial allows prospective clients to evaluate the quality and suitability of our products and services before subscribing. By choosing to continue with a paid subscription after the trial, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are final.
- There will be absolutely no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
Subscription Terms
Once a subscription is activated and payment is received, clients will begin receiving the advisory services as requested. If a client is dissatisfied for any reason, they are welcome to contact our support team for assistance and direction regarding future recommendations. While we are committed to client satisfaction and will make every effort to improve the experience, requests for refunds or cancellations will not be entertained once the service has commenced.
Exceptions
In rare cases, if a paid service cannot be initiated due to unforeseen technical issues on our end, or if we decide not to proceed with service activation for a particular client, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Please note that this does not apply to cases where:
- The client is unable to receive SMS alerts due to issues with their phone, network, or service status.
- Our SMS service provider confirms delivery of messages to the number provided by the client.
In such instances, we will consider the service as successfully delivered from our side.
